So lately I have been playing some games and I have noticed that randomly I would get these gray flickering boxes all over my strainer. This also happened when i was playing Hulu/Youtube videos in full motion pictures. At first I reflecting it was overheating, so I carefully monitored temps. My temps never went beyond 67C under care, which is full ordinary for my ambient temps (heating is on to the max). Processor: Intel (R) Marrow (TM) 2 CPU 6600@2.40GHz

Memory: 2046MB RAM

Operating system: Windows Vista ™ Home Premium

Do I need to physically mutate something on my video card or do I need to download some sort of software to change it?

First things first, to overclock your CPU. The 6600 can easily reach 3.0GHz on air (hit 4.1 on air before, but this guy was crazy).

Your graphics card does not really need overclocking - the 8800GTS (G92) currently beats all but the 8800GTX and Ultra Series 9.

Get a program RivaTuner to OC your card. No job is concerned, but first see the forums actual results to others who do oc your card type, so you do not burn.

I even tried overclocking with Nvida Riva Tuner and utillity own Nvida overclock, the best and easiest is to download the Omega drivers http://www.omegadrivers.net/nvidia.php by his host to use and works very well!
